At Pet-Ag, your happiness is our priority. When you are not happy with one of our products, we are not happy. Therefore, we guarantee our products' quality and your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with one of our products, let us know within sixty (60) days of purchase so we can make it right.

If you are unable to return your product to the seller from whom it was purchased, please complete the form below to submit your request. Please note that you will need to upload a picture of the Pet-Ag product(s) and proof of purchase. You must submit your request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Depending on the situation, you may be contacted for further information and/or required to return the product(s) directly to Pet-Ag. If we request you to return the product to us, a member of our Consumer Relations team will reach out to you to facilitate the return at no cost to you.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Pet-Ag Product Promise is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplace websites. The Pet-Ag Product Promise is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Pet-Ag reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase (such as receipt(s)), and to deny requests under the Pet-Ag Product Promise in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a consumer has abused the Pet-Ag Product Promise.
