Do you offer any coupons or deals on your products?

We do not have coupons, however we do have a Frequent Buyer Program. You can collect points when you buy our milk replacers and redeem them for free products. Learn more about our program here.

Why are some milk replacer powder cans half-full?

Our powdered products are sold by weight, not by volume. We use the same size can for different weights of powder to keep prices low. As a result, some cans appear fuller than others. Regardless, all of our cans are filled with the appropriate amount of powder.

Do your milk replacer powders need to be refrigerated?

Yes, all kitten and puppy milk replacers must be refrigerated after opening. Esbilac® and KMR® powders are milk-based and contain fat, therefore have the potential to spoil under certain conditions. They can also experience bacterial growth when stored improperly. The can of powder has to be kept in the refrigerator or freezer after it has been opened. The powders will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Can your products be used past the expiration date?

We do not recommend you ever use any of our products past the expiration date. Be sure to check the date in the store before purchasing any nutritional supplement or pet food.

Why do some products say "Made in the USA" and some do not?

The Federal Trade Commission requires that all ingredients in a product be sourced within the United States in order to make the claim "Made in the USA." While we do our best to source everything from the USA, there are some ingredients that are simply too difficult to acquire locally. We obtain these ingredients from trusted sources internationally. We manufacture all of our products in the Midwest.
