How to Mix KMR^® and Esbilac^® Powdered Milk Replacers

1. Use the included 1 Tbsp. measuring scoop to measure out the appropriate amount of formula for a full day of feeding. Esbilac^® and KMR^® are mixed at a ratio of one part powder to two parts liquid.
2. Slowly mix the forumula with a whisk until incorporated. If needed, you can use a blender on a pulse setting using five-second intervals.
3. When you’re ready to transfer your formula to the bottle, remove the bottle lid and use a funnel to pour the liquid into the bottle.
4. If using a bottle for the first time, you will need to cut a hole in the nipple. Use a pair of sterilized scissors to make a small x-shaped incision (cross cut) in the nipple. Tip the bottle over and make sure the milk is able to slowly drip from the nipple. If the milk freely flows, the incision is too large.
