Can I use your shampoo as-is, or do I need to dilute it?

Our consumer products are ready to use. Our professional grooming products will say 15:1 or 10:1 concentrate on the label. They are concentrated with an elevated load of fragrance, cleaning agents, conditioners, and other ingredients and can cause skin and eye irritation if not diluted per the label instructions.
